Damage deposit is required of $400 in order to check in. This will cover damages incurred during stay from but not limited to guests, children of guests, and pets. Deposit will be returned within 7 business days of check out. You are responsible for any costs over the damage deposit if required.

I will send the entry door code the day of check in

Max Occupancy is 7 (Max 6 Adults) no day visitors without prior approval. 2 Dog max with paid pet fee $80, no other pets

Upto 2 Max completely trained dogs allowed, bring own dog beds & crates

No pets on furniture or bedding or extra clean fee may be added. Do not leave home alone unless crated.  Please clean up after the pet. We count on the owner to prevent the pet from making excessive noise, being disruptive, or exhibiting aggression toward other guests or neighbors. In the unlikely event the property requires excessive cleaning or if damages are incurred as a result of the pet, you will be charged & responsible for paying the additional costs.

No Parties/events or large gatherings allowed
Quiet times 10pm-8am
No day guests unless prior approval given 

no Smoking/vaping in the house. If smoking outside please smoke away from the front door and dispose of butts responsibly

We love visiting Galveston for the great beaches, shopping & restaurants. Tikit TIme is located in great area with amazing views of the beach.
